Fresh Properties comprehensive Property Management service takes the day-to-day running of your investment property off your shoulders. We are focused on achieving excellent returns and strive to provide the best service with absolute integrity to the benefit of our clients.

We do not have a ‘one size fits all’ approach to property management services and fees, but can tailor a package of services specifically for your requirements so that you only pay for what you need.

We offer landlords a fresh approach to property management and the best return on their investment.

By providing a high level of courteous communication both during and after normal business hours, we are able to provide a unique and regular update service to our clients and guarantee all calls and emails to both owners and tenants are answered in an appropriate timeframe.
We will communicate with you regularly to ensure you are constantly aware of the status of your property, your account and your tenant.

Effective marketing
Your property will be promptly exposed to a wide range of prospective tenants by using:

  • Our large database of potential tenants who are automatically notified when a property becomes available.
  • Major property rental websites.
  • Prominent property signage. 
  • Re-location companies for executive rentals.
  • We Offer floor plans and photographs of properties to make it more attractive to tenants.

Property Inspections
We carry out a full and detailed inspection of your property, complete with a written report supported by photographs and Video, prior to your tenant moving in.
Regular inspections are scheduled approximately every 4 months, after which you will receive a highly detailed written report of the condition of your property, to identify any existing and forthcoming maintenance issues that may require attention and guide you on how to maintain the property in a manner that will maximise your rental return and the long term value of your asset.

Careful tenant selection
It is our opinion that the most important concern in renting your home is who will be accepted as a tenant. We personally interview and offer property owners the opportunity to meet and/or approve prospective tenants and discuss with you before committing to a lease. We want tenants who will treat your property as their "home".

All rental monies will be paid via Monthly transfers into any nominated account on the 1st of every month.

As a Fresh Properties client we will provide you with timely, accurate financial accounting and reporting with monthly, easy to understand rental statements.

At the end of each financial year you will receive a detailed Income and Expenditure Report for your property.

Repairs and Maintenance

We will happily co-ordinate any maintenance required on your property. We have an extensive list of qualified and reputable tradespeople who offer competitive rates for quality workmanship.

Of course, you have the flexibility to use or nominate your own tradespeople.
We care for all the repair and maintenance requirements of your property as if it were our own.
